Improve your documentations with Visio Stencils for VMware, Hyper-V and Veeam

Working in IT, one important part of the daily work is documentation. And we all know, how much work it is to create meaningful visualizations of your data center designs. One part that can be very time intensive is searching for the appropriate infrastructure icons.

veeam_stencils1Here Veeam can support you with the free Veeam Stencils for VMware, Hyper-V and Veeam. Its a collection with all the icons you are looking for when creating diagrams about your IT-infrastructure.

In the collection you can find for example icons for:

    • VMware ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V
    • Veeam components
    • Datacenters
    • SCVMM
    • Local, shared and off site storages
    • LUN
    • VMs with status sign
    • NIC’s
    • Networks

I am a big fan of these stencils as they make my daily work a little bit easier – and as I wrote before – they are free!!

By the way, if you are not working with Microsoft Visio you can although use them. Just copy them with the snipping tool and paste them for example into your word documents.

You can find the stencils at Veeam’s Website: VEEAM.com
